Motivation Monday! -DK

It’s a new week everybody!
Today, Michelle and I are on our way back to the U.S from France so we have a long travel day ahead… However, we would love to read about what you guys are up to! What are some new goals for the week? Short-Term? Long-Term? Are you going to try to fit in 50 sit ups today? Maybe 20 push ups?

  1. I have a long term goal for the “off” season, which started on Friday. The goal is to get fit and strong and stay that way during golf season. At 48, if I don’t maintain my fitness, physical problems begin to plague me. The long, long term goal is to be able to make the USGA mid-am or senior and make it to Friday. Do you two set goals on weekly, monthly, yearly basis?

  2. Long-term: improve my golf game; play better ‘ukulele
    Short term: more range time, joined my uncle’s golf club; practice uke several hours/wk

  3. Howdy! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an established blog.
    Is it very difficult to set up your own blog?
    I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick.
    I’m thinking about creating my own but I’m not sure where to begin. Do you have any ideas or suggestions?
